- [Instructor] In this lesson we're going to imagine…that I know which KPIs a company would like to monitor,…and we preferred to create one dashboard that will contain…all of that information.…This is a realistic scenario.…It can happen if the finance team suggests specific KPIs,…or you already created a list of KPIs.…Let's see how this is done in Google Analytics.…So once we sign into Google Analytics just make sure…that we're under the Reporting tab,…and then go down to Dashboards, expand that,…and scroll down to where it says Add New Dashboard.…
Now we're going to give our dashboard a name.…I'm going to call this the Mixed KPI dashboard.…And we click on Create Dashboard.…Now we can add various widgets to the dashboard.…I can decide to use each widget for a different KPI,…or use various widgets to reveal more about the same KPI.…Be sure to use an accurate title that will tell us…what to expect from the dashboard.…So if the first metric we'd like to track is new users,…I will specify it as such in the title.…
