I recommend setting your views…so that you have your master view,…then a default view that tracks the entire site…with some filtering applied and then any views…to track a particular objective.…Say, just looking at your blog,…your ecommerce site or even tracking visitors…by their location.…Keep in mind that once you apply a filter…to a view, it's permanent.…
