- Before we get into the details let�s take just a minute or two to talk about how you'll get the most from this course. First, you should probably be familiar with web analytics in general. And there are some great resources out there including some courses right here on lynda.com that can get you up to speed on some of the more popular platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe's Reports and Analytics. But since this course will specifically focus on the added features and benefits that the premium edition of Google Analytics offers it's probably a good idea to know your way around the standard free version of Google Analytics as well.
Now, don't worry. We won't be getting into the mechanics of web analytics here and we won't be getting technical. By the time you're finished with these videos our goal is to make sure that you know what makes Google Analytics Premium different than the standard version. And give you the information that you need to decide whether or not exploring this investment makes sense to you and your organization. Last, we'll be talking quite a bit about some of the ways that Google Analytics Premium integrates with other tools and platforms like Double Click, Big Query and more.
