Inside your applications folder,…you should find a folder called GoPro in tools…and that's where the uninstaller lives.…To start, I'll just connect the camera.…You can use the GoPro provided cable,…or any USB cable…and then take the other end into the camera itself.…Make sure you find the USB port,…and power up if needed…but chances are it should connect.…It's charging so let's push the power button there…
