- If you're willing to give it the time, GoPro Studio can do higher quality conversions. This is particularly useful if changing the frame rate, the speed of the clip, or adjusting the geometric size or scale. Let me show you how. Let's go back here to STEP 1, and choose one of our clips from early on. This one's 120 frames per second. I'm gonna do him riding down the hill. Now, I'll click advanced settings, and I want to do a few options. We're gonna speed this up to quadruple speed. Remember, this was recorded at 120 frames per second. So I'm gonna deliver this back at 24p, which 24, is about five times smaller than 120. So setting this to a speed factor of four or five, is going to give me realtime motion, while conforming the frame rate to my target delivery. Most video editors will want the frame rates of all their source material to match up when they start to edit. Let's set this to 1080p delivery, and we'll turn on MOTION BLUR.
