Importing footage into Adobe Premiere Pro

- Bringing GoPro footage into Premiere Pro is pretty straightforward. Let me walk you through a couple of options. First up, just make a new project to hold your GoPro footage. I'm just gonna call this GoPro Test. Now, from the Media Browser, you can browse and locate footage. Let's go with the Assembly workspace. And I'll choose Window, Workspace, Reset. This will put things back to default. From the Media Browser, I can navigate to footage. For example, if I wanna bring in things directly from the camera, I can do that. Let's just take this whole folder and I'll import it directly. And I'll also choose the one that's already been optimized, media that's gone through GoPro Studio to the CineForm codec. Alright, we now have two folders. The first are MPEG-4. These items are in the native H.264 format. If I right-click on one of these and take a look at the properties, I can see that this is an H.264 file, your typical MPEG-4 format. If we open that clip up, let's just set this here to…
