There are two ways for adjusting the onscreen display on a GoPro 3 or 3+ GoPro HERO: overlay and clean frame. Overlay comes in handy while you are recording because it displays the different GoPro settings you are working with, and it alerts you of any accidental change in settings. In this online video, you'll learn how to change the menu setting in order to toggle between the overlay and clean frame.
