- There's a feature in PowerPoint that's not present…in Google Sheets that I find to be quite valuable,…even though it is a small feature.…It's called Sections.…When you have a long presentation with lots of parts,…creating sections can really help you get organized.…Let's start with a more fleshed-out version…of the project that we started in the previous movie.…You can see that this is not particularly long.…I only have nine slides.…But there is enough to categorize into different sections.…I have a title slide, and then I have an agenda.…
So if I'm giving this presentation and I wanna explain…to everybody what they should expect to see,…I've got the agenda here.…Then I get into some sections on our tour packages.…This is a presentation for a tourism company.…And there are a few different slides…for those tour packages.…And then we get into our revenue data,…and then we get into our organization tree,…and then we have a Q&A.…So I wanna separate some of these…into different sections, particularly this part…where I've got the information about the tours.…
