- [Instructor] In this course I've dictated the proportions really carefully, and that's to help you achieve an expected result. A very typical, condensed Gothic. But what happens if you change the proportions? Let's change one variable at a time and see what happens. So go over here to the font info pallette, go to the Masters tab. I'll select the Regular master and then down here, rather than adding a master, I'll duplicate the one that I've selected. I'll change the Width to Extended, and I'll change the number here to 500 to indicate that it's wider and then close this. And now you can see we have a new tab at the top for our extended master. But it's exactly the same right now as the regular master. Let's double-click on the H and make an adjustment. So I'm going to nudge this right hand side, to the right by 50 units. And that opens up the interior space to 150. We'll reset the side bearing to 40. And then we can set the regular weight next to the extended weight by typing the…
