Lowercase rounded letters
- [Narrator] Since we have the lower case simple curve component we can assemble the lower case o, c, and e. Just remember that the vertical strokes on the lower case are 95 units wide and the horizontal strokes are 86 units tall. So let's open up the o, c and e. And let's start with the lower case o. We'll hit shift, command, c and bring up the lower case simple curve component. Copy it and paste it. Flip it, align it. And then we'll take it down to the x height and we'll set a little 10 unit overshoot. We'll copy this and paste it. And flip it, take it down to the baseline. And then nudge it down for a 10 unit overshoot at the bottom also. And the last thing we need to do is to add the vertical portions so, I'll use the primitive tool. And check to make sure that I'm at 95 units wide, copy that, paste it, take it over to the right. Oops, got to get that alignment perfect. Correct the path direction and then we'll set the side bearings to match the lower case i. Now for the lower…
