Capitals with tight curves
- [Instructor] When you've finished adjusting the C, D, G, and Q you'll be much better able to see the motion and shape of your italic curves. We'll use that experience to continue editing the smaller curves in the letters B, J, P, R, S, and U, and in the numbers zero, two, three, five, six, eight, and nine. So I've already slanted and condensed the B, but let's go ahead and do that to the rest of them. So select all, condense, select them again, and slant. And now I'll start editing the B. So the first edit is relatively easy, you've seen it before. We're going to restore the width of our stem. And then here you should be able to see the distortion that's happened in these little curves. Since they're little curves it will take relatively little to get them back in shape. So the first thing I want to do is copy this and send that copy to the background, just so that I have something back there to compare. And then so that I can see what I'm working on I'll have a copy of the B right…
