…Once you've set all the levels, panning and effects for your individual tracks,…you're going to want to take some time to work with your song's master track.…The master track allows you to work with the…overall volume and effects of the song as a whole.…Think of the master track as the track all the sounds…from all the other tracks go through before hitting your speakers.…So basically, anything you do to the track affects the sound of the entire mix.…This is basically your chance to give your song one…last coat of polish before setting it off into the world.…To view the master track we just choose Track, Show Master Track.…That places the master track at the bottom of all the other tracks.…
And that's its permanent position.…It can't be moved around like you can do with the other tracks.…Now the master track does look like the other…tracks but notice it doesn't have mute or solo buttons.…It also doesn't have a lock button if you have that enabled.…But you can add automation to the master track.…So for example if I wanted to fade this song out at the end, I could turn…
