Another decision you'll probably want to make early on in planning your podcast, is whether you'll want to create a general outline of each show, or whether you'll want to go with a full-blown script. This decision really depends on how comfortable you are in front of a microphone. If you're familiar enough with your topic, and if you can speak on a subject without stumbling, then you can probably just use a brief outline of talking points for your show. Otherwise, consider scripting out portions of your show.
