Setting the text color and style

- [Instructor] Getting the text onto a piece is just the first part. Now what we do with text can range wildly. We can have our text right on, we can have it spring into existence, the letters can drop in, they can form out of other things. It's really up to you and your imagination and the particular look you're after. One of my personal favorites in elegant title work are the titles from Six Feet Under, a show that was out on HBO a few years back. Those are absolutely elegant. The most exotic thing they do with the text is move it around a little bit. But the positioning and choice of words and everything is simply stunning. Another favorite title of mine is the title sequence for Seven, with Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman. Again, that title sequence is really amazing. Beautiful use of text, motion graphics, overlaid imagery, and so on. For us though, going to go a little bit simpler. I'll look at the Text tool and a little bit of what we can do with it.
