Merging painted logo into the comp

- [Instructor] Once you've got your logo reconstructed, in this case in concentric circles, the next trick is to make sure it composites smoothly and sits over the footage. Now Paint, as we can see, has an input and then it's got a mass to it and there's not much more. It's really meant to feed in footage, and right now what we've done is to feed in our temporary logo, or template. I need to make sure this composites smoothly, so what I'll also do is check forward in the merge, selecting it, and pressing one. We can see here we have an issue. The h and the plus, and assumably the sport, is against all white. We need to make sure that it's alphaing properly. If we take a look at the h logoNC, selecting and pressing one, and clicking the viewer and pressing A for alpha, we can see the alpha is clean. So there's a check box we need to check to make sure that we're regarding the alpha correctly on this TIFF. This is not uncommon. We may find that we'll end up with things like this, where…
