- [Thom] Hello and welcome. My name is Thom Tremblay. The goal for this course is to give learners an opportunity to learn the tools and workflows of Fusion 360 in a project based workflow focused on the design of a piece of flat stacked lawn furniture. Fusion 360 takes an innovative approach to many processes. If you're used to other CAD tools, you'll recognize a number of the tools in Fusion 360, but the flexibility of Fusion 360 might be surprising. The movies in this course are an exploration of one approach. Other courses will use the same tools in a different way to create different designs. This is also not meant to be a deep dive into every option but to get you working in Fusion 360 quickly. There's a lot to cover, so let's get started with Fusion 360.
