- [Instructor] Welcome to another Fusion 360 Tips, Tricks, and Techniques. I have here a model that was passed onto me by my teammate for me to inspect. And notice here under joints, so it has components that is linked by joints. In this scenario we can utilize section analysis. A section analysis lets you see inside a model or an assembly by showing a cutaway. Selecting section analysis here we have the option to select faces or planes. Let's try out first the face of this model. Selecting this and from here we have this arrow to control the cutaway plane. We have this rotate handles to adjust the planes. We can also be specific by keying in values or degrees. We have the option to show hatching and we have the option for the section color to inherit from component or make it custom. I'm going to select okay and notice here we now have a new folder containing our section view. Let's rename this to 01…
