- [Instructor] You may want to jump right into Fusion 360 with a project that you have in mind and start creating sketches, and extruding, and filleting, and all of that, and I don't blame you, it's a lot of fun to do, but if you're planning out a project, either simple or complex, it would behoove you to write down on a piece of paper some of your thoughts first. Preferably in drawing format. The reason why is that there's something about planning your design that is very important to actualizing your design when you have tools in front of you. This is an example of a drawing that I made. I uploaded it into Fusion 360, and I'll show you how to do that in a later video. But this video came in, and it's a drawing of, it looks like a little set-top box that I was designing. The image came in, actually not even in the correct orientation, but that is totally okay. You can change things inside of Fusion very readily. And the nice thing about Fusion is that you can calibrate your canvas. I…
