Let's create some primitives

- [Instructor] All right. Enough of the conceptual work. Let's actually create some primitives. I'm in the design environment, with just a blank unsaved canvas in front of us. Go to Create and to Box. When you click and let go of the mouse button, you have this little two point box command underneath my mouse, and it asks you which plane you would like to create a box on. This is the top plane, or essentially top and bottom, left and right, front and back. Click on the top plane back here, and then let go of your mouse. You now see I've a little cross here, and because this is a two point box, I'm not able to center it on the origin, but I'll show you how to do that later. Click your mouse right on the origin, and then drag out a the box. As you're dragging, you're given the option of typing in some numbers. You can see at the bottom that 70.930 is highlighted. If I type in 75, I can put 75 and you see a little lock icon. If you press the Tab key on your keyboard, that will lock that…
