Importing SVG files into Fusion 360

- [Instructor] Hi everyone and welcome to another fusion 360 tips, tricks, and techniques. There are scenarios that you would like to bring in logos into your design. Typically, logos are created in Vector format, such as Adobe Illustrator. In fusion 360 we can import a vector file as Scalable Vector Graphic format. I'm going to switch over to illustrator so what we have here is a logo from Dick McClelland's course Creating and Adapting a Logo. I'm going to save this as an SVG file. I'm going to name as Frontiers Unlimited, selecting save. And I'm going to leave the defaults, selecting okay. Let's head back to Fusion 360. Let's add up to insert and select insert SVG. Lets locate that exported SVG file, here it is Frontiers Unlimited, selecting open. We are now prompted to select a plane or planar face. Let's select this face of this design, left click here. Let's zoom out and rotate this logo. Let's scale this down,…
