(gentle music) - Hi there and welcome to the Autodesk Fusion 360 Essentials course. My name is Nick Kloski and I'm the co-founder of HoneyPoint3D. And I'm happy to bring you this class on one of the most useful software programs for product design, mechanical engineering, and fabrication that I have ever seen. We use Fusion 360 every day in our business and I'm excited to share with you our experience in this software. With Fusion 360 you'll be able to create solid models that flow into 3D printing, also called additive manufacturing, CNC milling, also called subtractive manufacturing, and prepare your models for injection molding if that's what you're going for. Fusion 360 is a game changing product. For many of you out there it will be free of charge. And for the rest of you who work on more professional levels, the overall cost of Fusion 360 is incredibly low. Fusion 360 is powerful software that not only allows you to create solid models but you can create photo realistic renderings, animations of your designs, and even let the computer do some work for you through something called generative design. I invite you to watch this class and learn about the basics of Fusion 360 and I hope that you have an entertaining, fun, and productive life in the solid modeling world. Thanks. Now, let's learn a little bit about what Fusion 360 does.
