Join Taylor Hokanson for an in-depth discussion in this video Edit the front, part of Learn Fusion 360: The Basics.
- [Voiceover] All right, so our bike seat is coming along.…Now let's take a look at some of the more tricky areas.…This is one of the things I tend to find more challenging,…trying to get something that has…these quasi-squared off corners to resolve…into more of a rounded nose.…So to do that, we have a little prep work.…The first thing I'll do is delete thise subdivisions…that are right here on our line of symmetry.…By doing that, I cause these big flat panels…because after all we want this thing to round over…somewhat flat at this point.…
We don't need another opportunity…to add more curve information.…Let's select all three of those guys.…Then I'll come over here and select these panels…on the side.…Now watch this.…Come in here from the top view,…and start the modify command,…and then I'll grab this little fellow up here,…sort of the upper right of these two lines.…As I drag this down, really far.…Oop, you know what, actually I'm going to go about…this in a different way.…
Let's go ahead and use this fellow.…So, as I pull this in and I also drag my mouse up,…
This course is an overview of the interface and the modeling, sculpting, and rendering workflows in Fusion 360. Taylor Hokanson shows how to import reference images, use the sketching tools, extrude 3D shapes, combine components into assemblies, and render animations that show your designs in action. Plus, learn how to sculpt organic shapes by editing T-Spline forms. This course has everything you need to use Fusion 360 to translate your ideas into elegant CAD drawings and fabrication-ready designs.
