Join Taylor Hokanson for an in-depth discussion in this video Edit the back, part of Learn Fusion 360: The Basics.
- [Voiceover] Well great, we're almost done…with the top view of this bike seat.…Just two more pieces to go.…We need to handle the back of this…angular area right here.…We also need to accomplish this big divot,…which will be another type of tool…known as a "Crease".…So first of all, I need to select all of the…sections in this area.…So let's improve our view.…Oops, looks like I lost that one.…I'll just select that to get me started…and then rotate around…and come down and finish the selection off.…
Looks good.…Head back to the top view…and if I do this right, I can handle it…in a sort of all-for-one go.…Edit Form, and then we'll pull this fellow in…and as he gets closer, that angle…gets less and less pronounced…and, you know, I think it's close enough…that we can count it.…Okay, so let's take a look at this last piece,…which as I said,…we will be doing a "Creasing" operation on.…So for the "Creasing" operation,…I know I need to have these three lines.…
It may be that we need this other one as well,…so let's try it with that additional line…
This course is an overview of the interface and the modeling, sculpting, and rendering workflows in Fusion 360. Taylor Hokanson shows how to import reference images, use the sketching tools, extrude 3D shapes, combine components into assemblies, and render animations that show your designs in action. Plus, learn how to sculpt organic shapes by editing T-Spline forms. This course has everything you need to use Fusion 360 to translate your ideas into elegant CAD drawings and fabrication-ready designs.
