- [Instructor] Now that we have a mesh, Artec Studio has some really great tools for helping out with different parts of this mesh before you bring it into other programs. You see, we have some little floating parts of the electrical prongs out here. We don't really need those right now, so we can go in and remove them. This goes back into the editor to the eraser, it's probably the easiest. I'm going to say just 2D selection and color right over those. They turn red and you hit erase. So that's nice. Now let's look inside of this. I'm going to go back into solid mode so we can see it. We have a whole bunch of fake parts of the geometry that were created as part of the text, but those texts actually were not really part of the geometry in any sort of geometrical way. They were labels on there. So we can go in out of the eraser to the smoothing brush and hold down the Control key and the mouse wheel will go in here…
