- Let's look at a live Kickstarter campaign. In this case, we're looking at Covalence, a molecule building game. There are some core elements for you to be aware of when you come to a Kickstarter page. First, obviously the title and the creator. Here's how people will find your project and know who the creator of the project is. As you build up your reputation, it's important you use a name that people can find and remember, so that in the future, when you do future Kickstarter campaigns, they can link those easily together. After the name and the title, we see the video. The video is important because it is the heart and soul of your project. It's how you convey emotion about what you're trying to do. I always say that a video can be personal. You don't have to make it Hollywood studio quality. You can shoot it with an iPhone, a small camera, a microphone and make it work.
