Creating initial macro-interactions before diving in is important. In this video, Emmanuel Henri adds links in between each views of the purchase experience.
- [Instructor] We're going to continue working … on our prototype by focusing on the second piece here … where we have our shopping cart. … So the first thing we're going to do is create the links … like we've done before, and what we want to do … is create a link from the shopping cart … at the top here to the actual cart view, … and then move on to the next screens … until we get to the order success. … So let's go ahead and do that. … The first thing we're going to do is select the icon here, … so let's go and double click until we get to that piece, … so that's another way to actually get to a layer … or an icon or an image within your prototype. … And then what we're going to do is type L, … and create a link to the cart view, like so. … And we're going to do the same for the others as well, … so let's go ahead and do that, double click, double click, … until we get to the cart. … We're going to type L again, and then go all the way … to the cart view, and then do it one more time. …
