- [Instructor] In this movie we're going to look at some of the differences between sharing video with clients versus collaborators. So as we know, a collaborator is someone who has access to an entire project. Now, review links, or presentation links, they have access to a specific asset or video that you choose, not an entire project. So how does this play out a little bit differently? A collaborator sees all the assets of a projects except for the locked ones. They also need to sign up through email and they can upload assets and comment as long as you give them permission. Review links on the other hand, you can send a review link to someone externally. They don't have to sign up to Frame IO. They can comment from a review link and you can also send them a presentation link to which they can only view the content. They can't actually leave comments.
