- [Narrator] Okay, we've created an Outlook task, let's do something a little more adventurous. This time, let's create a new task in Microsoft Planner. Planner is another one of those cool Microsoft tools that are not that widely known or used which really is a pity. Planner is an easy to use, visual project manager. It's like a having a virtual kanban board. Tasks show up as cards that get moved through project phase buckets. You can take them and drag them as they need to be moved. Cards are assigned to people who can then make comments, attach files and reassign the cards as they move to the next phase. There are other applications like this, Trello and Asana are both popular choices but Planner has the advantage of being part of the O365 environment. Anyways, let's start creating our flow. I'll select the template, create planner task for flagged emails in Office 365. Now we'll make sure, yes, we're logged in everywhere and click continue. Now in this flow I really don't need to…
