Here on my screen, I have a Google search result for Dorothy Brodsky. This site is in all Flash website. It shows up in a search engine results under Dorothy Brodsky as the first result. So you can see here that the site is all Flash. So throughout this title I'll show you how I did that piece by piece. So I'll show you how I put it together. Now we are not going to be learning all the aspects of making images fade in and fade out, and building the gallery. That's for another title.
This title is about how I made this all- Flash site searchable and how I got it high up in the search engine results pages. Throughout this title, you are going to see how to use Flash on the web to create alternate content that's HTML. So if I go to View > Page Source, you will see this page actually has a lot of HTML content and this is all searchable. So the search engines go through this content and index that and this site that's all Flash can show up in the web search.
Before we go on, I just want you to thank Dorothy Brodsky for letting us use her site in his title and use her artwork in the Exercise Files. So thanks Dorothy and let's get started.
