Working with the Commands menu

The Commands menu lets you use pre- made Scripts that can be useful when working with Fireworks. Fireworks ships with many Scripts, and you can add more Scripts or create your own. So there's a lot of useful stuff in there. For example, you can go to the Commands menu, and there are several Text commands that you can apply, and one of them is to change the Text to Uppercase. So if you're looking for a quick way to do that, you can find that right there. You may have already seen us use something called Add Arrows. So if we create a line segment like this-- let's go back into Properties. Let's give it a darker color here. And you can go to the Commands menu and under Creative, you can Add Arrowheads. So there are a lot of really useful types of commands that you can find in the Commands menu. There we added some arrowheads to our little line segment. That's kind of cool.
