- [Instructor] All right, welcome back. In this lecture, we're going to go over the waterfall again but with a different sample project. So this file should look very similar. Now the only thing that's going to be different in this one compared to the first example we did in section three with the waterfall, is that this sample project, the cash flows are representing the cash flows of a hypothetical restaurant. Okay, a single store, single unit restaurant. And we're going to go over this really quickly. But I mostly wanted to show you this in order to show you that the waterfall applies to essentially any type of business where you can feed in a line of cash flow to the waterfall, okay. So let's dive into this particular model here a little bit. So I'm going to go in and tell you what's in this restaurant example, all right. So this is a hypothetical restaurant start-up.
