- [Instructor] Alright, now in this example, we're going to look at a parking garage. Okay, now don't worry if this here looks kind of intimidating right now. This is a back of the envelope model that models out the operations, the purchase, the financing, and the operating assumptions of a parking garage, okay? This has all of the assumptions that is needed to generate the cash flows of a parking garage where, maybe, there are memberships that can be sold and there are non-members who are charged the non-member rate and there's, you know, operating costs because you have utilities, you have labor, you need parking attendants, things like that.
