- [Instructor] Alright, so here we are looking at the multi-family model, now this model is a bit more advanced than some of the other ones that we've looked at in this course, and if you have any questions, consult the readme and the how-to worksheets here, it'll explain a little bit. Essentially we are going to put in our assumption in the main assumptions worksheet. These are all the operating operations for the multi-family view and this model can handle quite a few scenarios in the multi-family scenario. We can take essentially five categories of units, so it could be five floor plans, and as many units as we want to put in this floor plan so we are looking at a multi-family project that has five different types of units but it can have several thousand units, this model would be able to model that out for you. Then, the other set of assumptions is the investor assumptions, this is if we have a waterfall structure between up to five different investors with one project manager…
