- [Instructor] Hey, welcome back. In this lecture, I just want to give you a quick overview of this investment model that you're going to see repeatedly in the following case studies and the rest of this course. Now there are a few case studies where it's going to have some additional things. But most of the ones we'll look at is going to have a very similar structure. Now they're all going to look similar in this way, but behind the sort of below the hood, some of the pipings for the different case studies are different. But on the front, I keep it the same so that it's simple to illustrate the examples without the students, or you, having to learn a new model every time we look at a different case study. So what we want to look at here, what you can see, is this part gives you the return metrics for the project. So this is the higher R and returns for the project level.
