Roger touches on some of the production features of Final Draft. When changes are made, locking pages keeps page breaks constant and instead adds new "A" and "B" pages so everyone can literally stay on the same page. Scene numbering does the same on an element level. FD also offers a shortcut to the Writers Guild pages so you can register your script for an extra touch of protection.
