- [Instructor] In the last movie we took a brief look at the browser in the Final Cut Pro X interface and how it will eventually be used to import our material. It allows us to look at clips and organize clips in different ways. In this movie we're going to take a look at the Final Cut Pro X timeline. So, once you start to make edit decisions you're going to create a Final Cut Pro X project. And this project is going to be reflected in a timeline. You can access the Final Cut Pro X timeline. First of all it shows immediately when you launch Final Cut for the first time, the initial workspace, but there's an option to show or hide a timeline by clicking on this button right here. Now, depending on which project you have open is what will appear in your timeline. If for any reason if you don't see this current project I've contained one for you in the lesson files.
