I'm Nick, and Jeff is slacking again. - [Jeff] Yeah I'm not here. - [Nick] Today we're going to talk about the least you need to know about Adobe After Effects, and it's going to be great if you've been hesitant about opening Adobe After Effects. We're going to show you some of the basics. So key of concepts that we're going to cover today is what's a composition's about. Our composition's going to be similar to a Final Cut Pro project. We're going to explore how we can easily create one. We're also going to look at how we can easily add a piece of After Effects text using the text tool, and then also how we can animate that text using some of the built in parameters on the text layer inside of After Effects. We're going to look at smart viewing of keyframes and other parameters, and most importantly how we can take this basic animation that we're going to set up, export it with an Alpha channel back into Final Cut Pro 10 so that we can…
