Working and saving 3D styles
- [Instructor] In this movie, there is no project file to follow along with. You could literally launch a blank library in Final Cut Pro X and just follow along with what you have available as long as there's Motion installed on your system. I'm here in my Titles and Generators sidebar. What I'd like to show you guys is some of the additional options that come with 3D Text if you have Motion installed. Inside this Titles and Generators sidebar, I have my Basic 3D Text selected. I'm going to Control click it, or Control right-click it and choose to Open a copy in Motion. What this does is it launches Motion in the background. In Final Cut, what you're going to see is, we're going to have a Basic 3D copy be generated. Any changes I make in Motion will be saved to the Basic 3D copy, and this will be saved into your Documents folder, which you can access and share with other people.
