- [Instructor] So I'm here in my chapter 1.11 project and this movie is all about knock out text. Knock out text is awesome because what it does is it allows your video to just appear in some text characters. And the way this used to be done in terms of Final Cut Pro 7, was you'd have to add some text into your timeline and from that you would have to then change either the clip or the text's blend mode in order for video to appear inside the text. So, that process involved going to a title and generator bar and what I'm going to do is head up to all of my titles and I'm just going to do a search for basic texts 'cause we don't need anything else in this particular case. If I choose a basic title, add it to my Final Cut timeline, move my playhead over that title, I'm going to press Command + 4 to bring up the inspector. And under the title inspector, I'm going to increase the size of the text, as well as make it a lot more bold. So, one thing that you could do is take any existing…
