At the end of every film is a credit sequence that lists the names of the people who participated in the project. How do you create a credit sequence for your own film in Apple Final Cut Pro X? In this video, Nick Harauz explores a few different template options and how you can manipulate them in Final Cut Pro X.
- [Instructor] So let's add some credit-based text…to our project.…So I'm here in chapter 1.7 that I can find…in my chapter one folder in my projects events;…and I went ahead to my titles and generators sidebar.…Underneath that sidebar, within titles,…is a credits category, and there are three main types…of credits: scrolling, slate, trailer.…Along with a bunch of other credits…that could potentially be broken down into themes.…Let's start off actually with the slate title generator…that you see here.…I'm going to select it and just add it…to the beginning of my project.…And with it selected I'm going to press CMD + 4…to bring up the Inspector.…
I'm going to head over to the title inspector…where I have a number of published parameters…that I can adjust.…First thing is the number of lines…or elements here you see that we can give information about…our episode, our show.…So if I wanted just a few lines of text,…I could make that let's say two lines,…and all that would show up is the Server ID and the airdate,…as well as the description.…
