- In the last movie we started to look at some amazing navigation tools in the Final Cut Pro 10 timeline. A ways of moving even in 10 frame increments with Shift + Left and Right Arrow, turning on snapping features and how to work with our play add and skimmer combined. In this movie we're going to look at yet another way of navigation as well as even searching for clips with the help of the timeline index which is extremely powerful. Now I want to mention that in our chapter four underscore 11 project, available in the chapter four keyword collection in our projects events, we are only touching on the surface. So we are going to go back to the timeline index and really get a feel for how this can help us with our editing workflow as we dive into more complicated projects in this essential training and as you start to get more familiar with Final Cut Pro 10.
