- In this movie, we're gonna take a look at a couple of trimming techniques as well as Fit to Fill techniques that will allow you to manipulate shot speed in Premiere Pro. So I have the beginning of a sequence here. And we have BD, our organic farmer talking about farming. And I have some B roll going over everything that matches what he's saying. I have a couple of holes though, and I'm interested in filling that out. So here I have him talking about his farm. - Earthtrine Farm. And we've got about ten acres in Ojai and five acres in Carpinteria that we're farming on. It's all certified organic. And we grow about 100 different herbs. - So basically, I just wanna make sure that each of these segments perfectly fits over the appropriate selection of dialogue. Now if I had frames in the original clips I could just trim the shots out to expose more frames. But lets pretend that we don't have any extra footage.
