Timesaving techniques in Motion
- As much fun as it is to play and invent in Motion, we've all got to pay the bills. In this movie, we'll explore how to save time in Motion with a few simple tricks. So I'm here in a previous project that I worked with called "swinging text." And, one of the things that I say saves the most amount of time in Motion, first of all, besides staying organized, is saving things that you've already created if you can use them again. This also trickles down into Final Cut as we saw where we save a text template which someone can change there now without having to animate. But, with certain behaviors that we add on to items, let me give you an example, so we added the sequence text onto the Adventures in Motions, which just reveals through an opacity value, the adventures in motion one character at a time. Let me just hit on the text layer, control S, so we can see just that one layer. And here's this item called "sequence text." First of all, what we can do is rename this accordingly by…
