Timesaving techniques in After Effects

- We all need more of it, time. As a video editor and motion graphic designer I'm always looking for ways to assist and even automate my workflow so the next time there's a little less work to be done. Let me share with you a few tricks to help you save time in After Effects. So I've actually gone to a previous composition we've worked with, Chapter 4.5 where we had two elements, some swinging text and a line because I wanted to draw this point again as I do it in motion and it's all about saving. So once you've done an animation such as this swinging text, you'll remember that I handed you a preset is to save that preset and use it over and over again. So the animation for this swinging text, I'm actually going to hit the 'u' key, consists of a few things that were involved. One is the animation of the X rotation as well as the opacity.
