Sharing keyboard presets

- Final Cut Pro X allows us to export and import the keyboards we create and share on another system or with a different user. Let's take a look. So I want to head back to my Final Cut Pro, Commands, Customize, and this where we customized our keyboard in the last lesson. We created that My Favorite Shortcuts keyboard. And I want to export this out onto my system. The trick is right here within the command editor. So, if I click and hold down and scroll up, you can see I have an option to Export that keyboard anywhere I want. So, if I chose Export right now, it will give me a gateway onto my computer, and I can just come here, go to my Desktop, and save My Favorite Shortcuts. I'll choose Save right now. We can see that that's exported onto the computer right now. Now, let's say that if you wanted to deliver that to someone else, or you needed to get that keyboard another system, you also come back to the command editor, but this time, you choose Import. So, I clicked on that, My Favorite Shortcuts, and I pressed Import. I can now go back to my Desktop and load in my command set by pressing Open. And that's how easy it is to export or import your keyboard shortcuts that you've created.
