- In this movie, we will talk about creating transcodes in Final Cut Pro X. But before we do, it's important to know why to create transcodes in the first place. Transcodes allow you to establish your editing experience and I have to say that it starts from the beginning. These allow for faster workflows in certain situations depending on the type of camera media or from assets that you've downloaded from particular sites. This is going to allow you to save time.
