Navigating through your footage

- We started navigating through footage in the last movie, but finding assets, exact frame moments, or sifting through footage with light speed is an art form. There are a few universal, non-linear editing shortcuts and some extra ones to get you moving faster around clips than I can say, "Favorites." And as you can see, I've got a lot of favorites right now from where we've last left off. I went through the three different interview and stand-up clips and marked my favorite section. I used the J, K, and L keys to navigate through as well as the I and O key to make favorite marks on these clips. Now navigating through your clips is extremely important in Final Cut, so let's just, as a recap, I'm going to select one of these clips, and give you some of my favorites. One is to press the slash key, which is going to play your clip from in to out, so just take a notice here for what we have. - Everybody has their own style.…
