Moving, copying, relinking, and deleting clips in a library
- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to take a look at moving, copying, relinking and deleting clips within a Final Cut Pro 10 library. In order that we're all on the same page for the rest of this chapter rather than play around with our Final Cut Pro 10 essential training library, which would be used for the majority of our exercises, we're going to start with a fresh library. In order to do that we also want to keep in mind that we will be referencing the Final Cut 10 essential training library in a few movies from now. So we just want to keep it here, but we'll press this closure triangle to the left of the library symbol in order to kind of close it out and make room for the new library that we're about to create. So I'll head to my file menu and we'll go new, library. I'm going to save mine on the desktop and I'm going to call it media management.
