- [Narrator] In this movie, we're going to look at making constant speed changes onto our clips inside of Final Cut Pro X. I'm here in my Chapter 6_5 project. This can be found in your project's event, and in this project is a bunch of B-roll where we start. I love this little pour of the green liquid as the chef goes about making his chocolate. I'm just going to select this clip and just press the question mark key to play it back. (upbeat ethereal music) As I look at the process what I really like to do is speed up that clip a little bit. So, in order to do that, with the clip selected, we can go to a area in Final Cut which will allow us to retime clips. It's this little clock here, which will show us the retiming options, just under the viewer. When you click on the downward arrow, what I'd like you to do is bring up your retime editor, so it's here where we can show the retime editor and we'll get a little bar above our clip that currently displays the speed of this clip is 100%.…
