- [Jeff] It's Final Cut Pro X Weekly. I'm Jeff Greenberg. Nick's not here this week. We're going to talk about the flow transition, and how to hide jump cuts. The flow transition is pretty powerful in Final Cut X. It's really meant for jump cut removal. The idea that you ever needed to slice something out of, usually an interview, and you need to put the two ends together. We're going to take a look at it and then I'll give you some shooting and some editing tips for it. So, here we are on my timeline. And I've got a pretty bad problem with this clip. Let's take a look. Let me just hide the browser. I'm going to come here and we're just going to play this back from the beginning. - And intentions work the exact same way. Um. So often what I find is that... - And it's that 'um' that's killing me. It's this spot right from here to here. I'm going to remove it, I'm going to use the Range tool.
